What a fantastic find in Rouen France. This is a great place to drink beer and hang out. Excellent choice of beer from all over the world and the two owners who I got to meet where fantastic. The reason for 4 stars is I thought the beer prices in the fridges where a little over priced even for some French beers but don't let that put you off. Amazing bar to check out.

Cool youthful place decorated with skateboards. A quite big variety of beers on a budget (from 2.5) and English-speaking bartenders! One stone throw from the cathedral of Notre dame.
