This is a Old Buliding and the isolation from cold in pretty bad here mostly for the rooms in Ground - Floor. It's December month now and it feel very cold even when the A/c Heater is at its full power. Toilet floors are black tried everything to clean it but the strains are not going off. This residence needs renovation CROUS if you are reading this message please consider renovating this residence. [ Fun Fact : There is no Proper Maintenance in Jacques Tymen residence as in Others residences like Fresche Blanc and Allice Milliot ]. There's not even a Security or a Front desk office to reached out when needed. If am not wrong there is a Front desk office but they won't be available all time. If you want to complain or any administrative help you need to go to Fresche Blanc Bâtiment C and ask the Help to the Staff in-charge for JT. There is even a theft of Bicycle that happened recently and the victim was completely helpless CROUS didn't even help the victim not at least by checking CCTV footage. The victim made a police complaint But it was in vain because Bicycle don't have Registration number for some Identification number to recognise it's just a pic of your Bicycle Model and most people can find a similar model of the bicycle in their area around living space. So, to conclude don't get your Logement @ residence JT ( Jacques Tymen ) but if you get be sure to be safe and try not to complaint because even if you do nothing is gonna change. I gave two stars because it's cheap in terms of Rent and size of Logement other than that there is nothing else to describe.
