The rooms are quite small but clean. They don't offer some basic stuff like a proper pillow or toilet paper. It is located a bit far from the centre of town and from shopping areas(30 mins of walking). It is also far from the University (Faculté de Droit) but super close to the Faculté des Lettres. The biggest disadvantage is that nobody there speaks English, so you have to speak French in order to communicate somehow. They are supposed to speak just the basic English words because not all of the students living there are French or speak French fluently. I also faced a problem with the card they gave me to use for entrance in the residence and in my room. It wasn't working and it took them 3 days to make it work again so I had to stay in my room which is unacceptable!

The bureaucratie is horrendous. The rooms are really good, but the location is a bit too far from basic needs like groceries shopping...

Résidence bien équipée et confortable avec une bonne équipe. Il faut marcher, mais elle le vaut bien !

Résidence refaite à neuf il y a deux ou trois ans. Les chambres de 9m2 sont très bien agencées. Beaucoup de rangements, salle de bain incluse. Tout est propre et en excellent état.

Résidence U au top! Très bonne ambiance, propreté irréprochable. Les veilleurs de nuits sont très sympas. Une cuisine collective par étage c'est idéal. Les chambres de 9m2 avec sdb sont si bien agencées qu'on les croirait plus grandes. Tout a été réhabilité dernièrement, ça vaut le coup. Bon, il manque quand même un peu de graisse au baby foot!! (Je laisse quand même les 5 étoiles, )
