We booked a full day cooking class and had our best day so far on our France journey. Great learning experience in a perfectly organized set up. Petra is a very inspiring person and with the other guests from all over the world we shared lots of stories. Finally the pricing is really fair.

We did a 1 days course in the school and totally enjoyed it. The dishes we cooked were so full of flavour - expecially the Onion Tart and the Squid. The other people in the group were fun too. Petra made sure every one was involved, understood the recipie and the methods she demonstrating ... they we had a go our selves. She can speak several languages and is very good at making the group come together. At the end of the lesson every one sits down and enjoyes what we had just cooked ....... with some wines that Petra has matched to the food. I would strongly recommend visiting Uzes, a lovely historic town and spending a day in this school. Great experiance. We will be back!
