WARNING! I would discourage renting your ski-material at this shop, they’ll charge you excessively and unfairly, ignore your mails/signed letters, don’t inform about any insurance and lie over the condition of your material! Long story short: At returning my rented snowboard to the skishop at the end of the week (8/02/2019), they charged me 500, according to them the new price of a Burton 150 radius 2019 board, on top of the 149 renting cost, because the board was damaged and as they said: “past recovery”. First, they charged me 185 more than the actual new price of a Burton 150 radius 2019 board. The new price of this board is actually 314.95, confirmed by Burton (given in attachment). Secondly, they falsely claimed the board was “past recovery”, because at home (Belgium) it could be repaired for 35 at United Brands in Sint-Katelijne-Waver. Lastly, they ignore every attempt you make to set this right, mails and even signed letters…

I rented skis from here for an 8 day ski trip. I found the staff very friendly and very knowledgable. I am not familiar with ski rental prices in europe. But compared to colorado and British Columbia, I found the prices extremely reasonable. I would recommend this ski rental shol.
Great service and fair prices, they also rent jackets and snowpants
Great service, great prices and some amazing tips for the area :) totally recommend
Great place and friendly staff. Independent shop with Burton boards for rent. We rented helmets, boards and bindings. All in great condition.
Awful experience here today. Not a big review poster, but very rude staff so I'd suggest staying away from this place .Walked in today hoping to buy some gear. Said bonjour as I walked inside & smiled at the guy working the shop. He immediately decided I was an English speaker so he asked "how can I help you?" I said "ah parlez Anglais?!" He looked at me like I was an idiot and pointedly repeated "how can I help you?" So I figured English it was, even though I do speak French. I asked if he had equipment for snowshoeing. He pointed to snow boots you would use for walking. Not snowshoeing. I tried to explain again .He said he has no idea what I am talking about. So I began walking out and he yelled "bye bye!" Clearly not a huge fan of Americans or English speakers. He was so rude, it was actually appalling. Too many choices to buy gear in this resort area - definitely avoid this shop .
Fantastic service. Lucky to find them open at 8pm on Saturday. No time wasted getting gear, maximising ski time! Thanks very much!
Best board I ever rented. Very nice and welcoming service. Would go there again.
