Have been doing swimming lessons here for over 8 years. There are 4-5 pools, 1 of them for small children and 1 of them is outside. The staff is kind and the restaurant is very nice. 100% would recommend.

Too expensive compared to all public swimming pools 750 only for the pool. Valbonne pool was shut, what a pity for no concurrency. Other services are much more expensive and the quality is not high. High level of chlorine, this can be irritating. The biggest pool is a bit cold and thrilling .. Either you have a good stamina or you get sick !!! They raised the subscription prices after the Covid and gave little credit (no refund), either you pay again and higher price to get an equivalent service or you lose the credit. Pathetic !
This is a place for families and the public - I like the animation but look elsewhere if you want the rarefied atmosphere of a private spa. It has a 25m pool for swimmers, a place for aqua gym, an indoor and outdoor pool for kids and a baby pool. The spa is separate with no kids allowed in that part.
Good swimming pool in Sophia Antipolis. Not so much people and everything is clean. After the work out you can relax under the sun in another swimming pool outside.
Family pass, huge parking area, nice pools, a restaurant and a snack (for those who do not want to get dressed again... before undressing to swim after lunch). Plenty of room for kids and adults, swimmers or just water-cooling seekers.
Good space for all-round well-being. The gym upstairs is quite small, but surprisingly well equipped. The staff is super friendly, always present and very knowledgeable. The locker room has electric lockers working with the entrance pass, so no own lock required, super handy! And the showers have direct access to the downstairs spa, saunas, jacuzzis and swimming pools. Full access membership is not cheap, thus the 4 stars, but still all things considered well worth the price. Best place for fitness in the local area!
Best public pool, spa & fitness place near Mougins and Cannes. If you buy a monthly subscription you get free access to everything for only 45 per. Month. Fair price for day pass all inclusive 17 and family passes for 4 only pool access 24.
This is a new complex containing multiple pools, a fitness centre and a restaurant. A small part of the pool and the fitness area is outdoors which is great for enjoying the South of France sunshine.
