A truly Lyon's shame! I wish we used a taxi! The staff on the tram is arrogant all the time! Insane prices for the tram, you even can fly for the same price across the Europe! They sue all bus companies. And granted a monopoly! Where only the government of the Lyon is watching ?! Or are they also in the share of the revenues of this tram? We were late for the plane, because of the problems with the tram, but nobody helped us. And their customer service is the worst I’ve ever contacted! They are brazen and absolutely do not know anything about how to be customer-oriented! My worst experience in France ever.

Avoid this company! They really don’t care about their customers! We used this expensive tram because we didn’t have other options like bus! On the way to the airport the tram has been broken, we were locked inside. After we got out, we called the taxi. There were many people with us in the tram who got in troubles because they’re missed their flights. We missed our flights and had to pay a lot of money and we had big inconveniences! Tram support said it’s not their responsibility, about flights. Really?! It was my last time I used this tram. They take a lot of money but sit don’t even have an insurance. Honestly, this company ruined all our positive memories about Lyon. Truly Lyon’s shame!

Money to the wind! We were late for the plane due to their fault! The company said that this is only our problems! And we had to buy new tickets for the plane! This is the most expensive transfer to the airport that we have ever had! Take a taxi or carpool! It will be cheaper more convenient and faster! And not this tram! A terrible impression of the city of Lyon!

Exorbitant, bad customers support. Very arrogant and unhelpful! Really didn't like my experience. Exorbitant prices just for the tram! And bad customers support! They answer after one week and didn't try to solve the problems occurred by them! Really upset!
