Our 8 month old kitten Pepsi was knocked by a car and after seeing our vet, we were sent to Vet Alliance as he needed an operation. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional. We waited no more than 5 minutes before the doctor saw us. Another doctor was also present in the consultation room. Both doctors were extremely kind, professional and gentle with Pepsi. Every day the vet called us to give an update on Pepsi and we could visit him between 2:00 - 5:00pm. Our kitten came home 5 days later, with a plaster of Paris on his ankle, as he has a serious sprain that he wore for a month, then a plaster for a week and then another 2 weeks at home and thank.goodness it was healed and he did not.need an.operation. This vet is also open 24 hours and I highly recommend them. Thank you for looking after our baby and saving his life!!

They diagnosed the issue and treated a very tricky issue on the same day. Our cat is very fortunate that they do such professional work.

This vet is outstanding, the care and treatment is wonderful. It is very easy to find in the middle of the night and they speak English or use google translate. I wish I had it back in the UK. If you are worried about your baby please take them here, and the prices are very good. So much cheaper than home I.e for night visit it cost 88 euro not 160 pound which I have paid at home

Firstly, all parking spaces were full so we had to search the neighbourhood for somewhere nearby. Because we had not made an appointment we were told we could be seen in an hour (which was fair), but could not leave the premises in the meantime! The vet who dealt with us was friendly and efficient considering we spoke only a little French. She said they would issue a certificate of treatment by email within a couple of days for our return to the UK - this never happened despite repeated phone calls and promises. The total cost for this was 62.50 euro - 7.5 euro for the tablet and 55 euro for the appointment!! Compared to other vets I feel this is exorbitant. Please compare costs before considering treatment.
