We went to this hotel which was recommended to us by our travel agent and we were very disappointed. The rooms are very basic, the shower head was broken. Due to covid-19, our room was never cleaned which was not said to us when we booked. The only solution for us was to spend the whole day outside of the hotel. (I spent my vacation hovering and changing bed sheets, although paying several hundreds of euros per night) The pictures and the reviews online are very deceiving. The clientele at the hotel is also very basic (low-middle class). The food was deceiving (very basic and not much variety). The whole experience was very basic and wasn’t worth the amount we paid for the one week holiday. The only positive aspect we’re the teachers at the kids club which we’re really lovely with our twins, but otherwise RUN AWAY definitely not worth your money.
