We were on a family holiday at a near by resort in France, I was looking for a Telemark set up (boots, skis & bindings) and was recommend this store as a specialist by another local store. I paid them a visit, and it's a great store retailing specialist equipment, not your ordinary ski store. I met a guy and we struck a great deal (not a cheap deal by any means, but a good one) he told me he'd need to order the boots and bindings in to store, I left happy in the knowledge I'd be on my new set up by the weekend. I emailed to check the status of my purchase 3 days later and my wife (fluent in french) called the store and spoke to the guy, they had been let down by the delivery people. He told us he'd call us on Tuesday and let us know. We took a trip to the resort to ski and called into the store mid afternoon to check on the progress. We didn't see the the original guy but the store staff were very helpful but they knew nothing of my order, and assured us that they would check in with my guy and update me. It's been another 2 days with no communication from the guy in the store, so I can only assume that it's not going to happen, at least if you couldn't have fulfilled the order you could have done me the courtesy of letting me know. I could have ordered online and shipped to my accommodation and had a full week on my new set up but took the time to visit a local specialist, who has wasted my time. I've worked in the ski industry and in retail and your only as good as your last customer, well you lost a significant sale due to your guys lack of action, what business can afford to do that! Sorry I won't be reccomending you to anyone.

Une boutique très agréable et parfaitement propre, du materiel qui sort de l'ordinaire, un accueil \typique\ et d'excellents conseils. Je recommande à tous. Une très bonne enseigne.
Matériel de mauvaise qualité, même en prenant le pack \gold\, on se retrouve avec des ski d'entrée de gamme, mal entretenu (semelle abîmé, fart douteux). Quand on paye le prix fort pour 6 jours, on s'attend à mieux qu'une paire de ski basique daté de 2 ans... Je vais par habitude chez Skiset pour évitez cette situation, je continuerais car ailleurs jamais déçu, mais à la Norma, préférez les autres enseignes.
Accueil peu sympathique de l equipe en général on avait l impression de déranger en demandant une location de skis et chaussures et si possible à la bonne taille la vendeuse nous a pris de haut. Mauvaise expérience pour nous.
Personnel très sympas mais le matériel manque d'entretien (planche non refarte malgré de gros éclat et fixation avec du jeu) Je trouve les prix un peu excessif également
Excellente expérience dans ce magasin au cours de la semaine écoulée. Deux soucis (identiques...) sur des fixs de randonnée Plum réglés avec un très grand professionnalisme. Très beau choix de matos et de textiles techniques à des prix que j'ai trouvé tout à fait raisonnable. Tout le personnel auquel j'ai eu à faire était sympathique sans non plus forcer à la consommation. Bref, je recommande TRÈS chaudement.
