Missed a good chance to make a very good first impression on a new customer. The reception of the vehicle was impeccable, the announced service time perfectly respected (2.5h), the cost slightly below the estimation. But two minor glitches which shouldn't happen : (1) I own my car for 7 years and I know quite precisely how much AdBlue it uses. So invoicing 10L - at 2.75 ! per liter - although I filled the tank completely quite recently will not build up trust. It should have been 5 Liters max. (2) the traditional car wash : after two (!) runs, the car was still showing several dirty patches on both sides - now looking carelessly washed, which is worse than dirty.

Sales person I was dealing with not professional and not kind. Don't speak English, don't explain things well. Pay attention for insurance when leasing, you can find much better deals. In contrary great professional technical service

The service is awful. For 3 days running I was trying to contact the chef of reparations or just any professional to explain what I need and have the devis, to know when and how long the reparation will take. I need to replace arbre d'equilibrage. Twice every day I was explaining this to telephonists and receptionists who were dumb and did not understand the problem. And they could not connect me to anybody in the atelier. Everybody was unavailable. I wonder if anybody was working or still celebrating the 14th of July and the football victory. After reading other reviews I understand that it is general situation. Merci et plus jamais.

The rear door of our MB had to be repainted (subcontracted to a paint shop nearby) after vandalism. When we then picked up the car the D (automatic) wouldn't engage, despite the car was working perfectly when we brought it in. They refused any responsibility and we had to pay the replacement of the control unit. Somehow they managed to mess this up as well, as the car was brought back 3 times for the same reason. In addition, the steering wheel was no longer straight (very probable shock on curb os something else). The attitude of the people we dealt with might be acceptable at a Dacia garage, but after long experience with Chevalley in Geneva this was unbelievable. Actually in the end I took the car to Chevalley who fixed the problem and readjusted the steering. If you like you MB, take it somewhere else.
