I loved the Citadelle de Villefranche de Conflent. With all the history around and all things to do or to see in the area, it is a splendid trip to make. Besides plenty of little nice shops and restos and icecream shops, you can visit the Remparts, have a walk on the Chemin du Rond, make a 20 min walk if you are brave to the Fort Liberia (which is up on the mountain; you can also have a navette for it), or go for the Grotte nearby. Best thing to do is to look for the Tourist Office as you arrive and they will give you all the information you need to make a profit from your visit. Also, you should take the Yellow Train (le Train Jaune) to make it even more interesting. Enjoy!

Beautiful place to visit when in the south, some nice little shops. A few sell handmade witches they say protect your home, very friendly and dogs are welcome.

Bonito lugar a visitar en familia. Mucho mejor si hace buen tiempo pero bonito lugar de todos modos. Se puede llegar con el tren amarillo que permite dar un paseo por la zona. Una pena la gente con sus perros que no recogen lo que sus mascotas "dejan"...
