Lionel and his wife run this large and well designed co-working space on a hill overlooking Villeneuve-Loubet. The location is convenient, due to being right off the highway and at the same time in offering great views of the ocean from the open space or the outside chill area. The space has all the essential amenities (coffee, water filter, snacks, fast wifi and plenty of plugs). Besides the open space, there are meeting rooms and some permanent offices. What really makes this place stand out from other coworking spaces I've been to, is the community spirit. Everybody seems to know everybody, and there is conversation everywhere you look (coffee kitchen, chill areas, kicker table). The open space was quiet and had a great atmosphere for focused work. If I would live closer, I would strongly consider joining this fun and interesting community!

L' emplacement n'est pas du tout idéal et les locaux ne sont pas très beau. Il y a tout de même un \petit\ coin détente (baby foot et canapé) si vous devez vous y rendre vaut mieux prendre votre voiture ! La gare est assez loin près de 30 minutes de marche. Il y a des bus mais ils s' arrêtent près du rond point. Après il faut marcher derrière la barrière de sécurité de la voie rapide (ce n'est pas rassurant du tout !) Puis passer sous la voie (tunnel pour piétons) et enfin monter une grande montée avec un trottoir presque inexistant, très mince et tout abîmé.

Super sympa. L'open space est agréable. Ils ont des bureaux individuels si vous préférez pouvoir vous concentrer plus au calme tout en profitant du côté social du coworking. C'est bien placé aussi, très pratique.
