Total mess and very poor organisation. They came to measure for carpeting and measured wrong, so the quantity ordered was wrong. They installed part of it and we had to wait a month for new carpeting to come in, and then it wasn't the same because it came from another batch so the color was off. Had to wait another month until they got what they said was the right color. We called them several times and were promised to be kept informed of the situation, but they never did, until deliveries of the carpeting were to be organized. Then they called us in the beginning of the afternoon saying that the delivery would be made at the end of the afternoon (it might have been better to inform us several days in advance...). The day they finally came to finish installing the carpeting, they left in the evening so there wasn't enough light to really see the color, but in the morning we discovered that a whole stretch of the carpet was a different color from the first stretch (probably from the same batch that was off initially). Also we really don't agree with the obligation to pay such a large percentage of the order before the work is actually done...because now we are put in front of the 'fait accompli'. We also sent a registered letter to the company's headquarters to complain about the situation and have yet to receive an answer. We did however receive an invoice from the company headquarters that did not at all correspond to our initial order. There are a few more details that it might be useful for future clients to know about, but we thank those who have been patient enough to read this far!

It was absolutely terrible. I have been waiting more than 2 months on my curtains and they cannot tell e when I will get them. Everything else I have ordered has also been delayed. I'm shocked over how appalling the organisation is.

Per entrare attualmente bisogna aspettare il commesso che apre la catenella e a volte passano diversi minuti.. Locale ampio ma poca scelta di carrelage et faïence ma una bella esposizione di tappeti.

Aucun accueil. Nous avions préalablement choisi un produit. Arrivé en magasin pas en stock. Nous avons commandé et payé. Au bout de 15 jours pas d'appel. Nous avons appelé et le produit était rentré. Nous disons de le préparer pour le lendemain. Arrivé en magasin cherche en haut. On nous envoi en bas. Cherche en bas. Commande non préparé. Merci de remonter on vous la prépare. Après cette partie de ping pong de 45 mn et 2 tapis coupés avant même pas une excuse.

Johan nous a très bien conseillé et nous a suivi avec patience, compétence et disponibilité, Amine a fait un travail de pose remarquable, le résultat est vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes (chose malheureusement des plus en plus rare). Discret, rapide et efficace, notre expérience travaux a été agréablement positive, merci. Nous conseillons ce magasin à 100% !
