Garbage airline! Rude, ignorant, sorry excuse for a company. So basically my first trip with this airline. They copy all usual service tricks from other airlines, like cups, toys for kids, etc. All look civilized and decent. However personnel has no concept of customer service. My backpack, the one I'm using for years with dozens of other airlines is apparently 2 cm longer than their limitation. They tried to force me to give it up as an additional paid lagguage. And I had 2 small kids with me, and all the baby food, clothing and diapers in the backpack. Hows that suppose to work now?? So they made the scene, I left with my bag as I planned to, but will never ever use this idiotic airline again in my life!!! It's complete garbage. They don't deserve your money.

You better avoid this airline. You will never see your luggage again. Rude staff. Ticket prices are much higher than those of competitors

This company has a record of lost luggage, denying bording, no refunds. Moscow is the worse experience a ever had traveling on business purpose.

Airline I would never advise . First trip my luggage were lost and I got them after one week, but I didn't even had them delivered to me : I had to pay for taxi to pick it up and company never refunded me. Second trip was cancelled because of denied visa, after three years of constant exchange they said they wouldn't refund me any money while it is expected to be refunded. However, the customer service seems to try to do their best..

The lady working at the ticket office needs better training in English. She was screaming at me asking if I had missed my flight. It was only when I switched to french (I thought she might be Russian) that she became more tolerable and at a point even nice. Disgusting.

J'ai fait un voyage aller-retour Paris CDG - Tokyo Narita avec une escale à Moscow avec cette compagnie. Contrairement à tous les commentaires négatives qu'on peut trouver sur internet, le vol s'est bien passé, aucun retard enregistré ni en aller ni en retour. J'ai aussi retrouvé tous mes bagages en aller-retour. Le service à bord de l'avion est correct : la nourriture est varié et mangeable. L'avion est équipée d'écran avec des films nouveaux et en plusieurs langues. L'escale s'est bien passée à Moscow, juste un petit contrôle de douane sans demande de visa de transit ou autre document. Il a duré 2h et il y a pas mal de restaurants pour passer le temps ou se connecter en wifi. Cerise sur le gateau, les hotesses russes sont très jolies et souriantes

Мы поехали чтобы оплатить билеты наличкой. Мне так было удобнее в этот раз. Девушка приветлива. Одна проблема: вы не можете оплатить частично наличкой частично картой. Либо так либо этак. В каждом терминале только один банкомат. Мне пришлось топать до 2А потому что тот который рядом в тот момент временно не работал. А так все хорошо прошло.
