As an Erasmus student I had a very good time here, it's very close to city center and to park. Furniture are new and in a good condition. Some people said they're charging you at exit inventory, I had no problem like that. As long as as you clean the apartment very well and leave at mint condition. They'll not charge anything extra. If they could, they would charge me because I'm a foreigner. Ms. Sol and intern Ms. Richard were really helpful.

I've lived in Les Belles Années Residence for almost 7 months and I have to admit that it was the best choice! Everthing was perfect: a brand new appartment (well-equipped), such a useful laundry room in the same building and a common room with PS! Moreover the administrator of the Residence is so helpful and nice. Dan't hasitate to stay here! You will not regrate!

Résidence d'exception ! Logement très récent et propre. La résidence est récente et très bien placé par rapport aux commerces et écoles. La responsable de résidence est très agréable. Je recommande vraiment.

Je suis resté 1 an dans cette résidence en tant qu’étudiant et je recommande vivement cet endroit. La responsable de résidence Mélissa est géniale. Très sympathique et à l’écoute. Aucun soucis concernant mon dépôt de garantie, il a été restitué entièrement.

C'est de l'arnaque , il faut faire tres attention car lorsque vous souhaitez quitter et lors de l'etat des lieux de sortie, la gerante Mme Sol utilise des techniques pour vous faire imputer n'importe quoi pour ne pas vous restituer la caution . C'est de l'arnaque pure et simple.faire trop attention.
