Nice place with a nice view. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is convenient, the staff is good (Polish guy spoke Russian and was very considerate). A lot of shops in the neighborhood.

Affordable price. Close to the tram station. The rooms are not that lit, but it serves the purpose. The best part is that you can find cheap restaurants around this place. So I would recommend this place for people who are traveling on a budget.
This is great if your standards were that of a homeless third world civilian. The beds felt like they were stuffed with newspaper and hay which was alright if the beds didn't manage to wake me up from the rattling sounds they made. The walls were paper thin, so much so, that I heard my neighbours, sounds that would haunt me for the remainder of my stay. However, none of this was made up by the hospitality of the owner who kindly asked us to clean our room after checking out.
Pluses: quite clean, quiet, polite receptionist, perfect location. Minuses: it was a little bit cold, the bathroom door was almost broken. Rooms look like in the pictures. Yes, there is a not very good smell in the hall of the building, but not in the hostel. Overall, it is a perfect deal for this low price.
Was visiting Nice just for 1 night. I had read that this hostel was terrible before I was visiting it and I had been perfectly aware of what a mess I was going to cope with. But the reality broke my unbiassed awareness with it’s circumstances. Winter chill had met me in the hall before receptionist did it. And I realized that my night-mare just started. There was not enough charging points in the room and only one 1.0w-lamp was working. It seemed that the rooms and the hostel were generally designed by Satan because name “Freezing hell hostel” matches it better. There is no way to shelter from the cold with provided rag that shoul be a blanket as well. Don’t recommend.
• WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE •THE WORST HOSTEL EVER!! Rude staff, the entrance stinks of urine and smoke. Hostel beyond dirty. First night our room was full of people who hadn't even checked in and who made loud noise all night long and the second night full of people getting drunk and vomiting everywhere. You can find cheaper places for much better. This place is a disgrace.
Absolutely not expensive. Really great location, right in the centre of Nice. Aswell not an very long walk to the beach. Also the train station is on very short distance. The room was very simple, but I didnt expect something else for the price. I enjoyed my stay
Just don't go here. The walls are paper thin and I heard everything that was happening in the next room, and will probably need therapy now. I saw a cockroach and the staff were rude. We had to pay a 30 deposit for the key, what always stank worse that a nightclub urinal in a 3rd world country. The bathroom smelt like there was a sewage leak, fortunately there wasn't any hot water to make the smell worse. Beds were rickety but that was to be expected for the price. On the second day we heard the manager to tell a guest to "get her things and get out" because she had stayed beyond the check out time, which was at 10.30, this happens at 10.40. We were told to strip the room when we when to cheam out early. Honestly just don't go here.
