I've rented from many dozens of ski places, and this is the first one to have so many contrived rules that it made the experience unpleasant. Discount coupons are the norm in most ski areas in France if you are renting a chalet for the week, and were showed the coupon at the time of rental, but these guys made us go back to the agency one street away at the time of payment, to get the physical coupon so they would grant the discount. A normal child-size ski pole set was not available (!!!), so an unusual telescopic version was offered. It seemed fine at first, but soon proved flimsy and was slightly bent after a day of normal use by an 11 year old girl. The shop then charged 40 for damage -- and sold it to us -- even though it could be bent straight. Another in our party had a clasp on his ski boot that wasn't right, and the two guys in the rental department played good cop bad cop, to try to get him to \confess\ to abusing the equipment. Overall just a hassle.

Un très bon accueil, des sourires, de la patience (on a 3 enfants !), et c'est bien agréable surtout en période de vacances scolaires où l'activité est certainement fatigante pour les professionnels. Bravo à vous et au plaisir de revenir.
