Just needed a one night stop over and Valenciennes was a convenient area. Found this offering and was not expecting what we found when we arrived. An old hospital/hospice converted to very pleasant accommodations with high ceilings, comfortable surroundings and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We came here with my girlfriend tempted by the exquisite visuals online. We were not disappointed! However, some little changes/adaptations could be made in order for services to match the environment. We could tell we were facing a young, not established YET team that has not got its automatisms and some little extra services were expected.
Very nice building with a very nice atmosphere. They have an incredible canopy. We ate at the restaurant. The meals were really tasty, for an affordable price.
A real wow factor arriving trough the gates to the hotel. Rooms are also impressive with a lot of space.
Very short but agreable stay at this gorgeous hotel. Lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom maybe but otherwise perfect stay. Sadly I arrived at 10 p.m and left at 7.15 a.m so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast and other commodities as I would have normally. Warm welcome and departure assistance from the staff thank you very much.
Fantastic stay in one of the duplex room. The hotel is huge, it could be crowded you wouldn’t know ! The spa is a must do, ne et seen such a pool.
