My first visit at Saint Emilion. One of the most modern and the most beautiful Château in Bordeaux on the right side of the river. Very interesting tour. And you can't find any mistakes in this place, where Michel Rolland works like a wine consultant. The reachest and the most concentrated red wine (Class A Grand Cru Classé) in St. Emilion.

Excellent hospitality at this highly regarded Chateau. Wines of recent vintages were served for tasting. The facility has been upgraded over the last 15-20 years which has resulted in the wines getting better and better. It is an exceptional property and I'm sure Chateau Pavie will continue to produce great vintages.
Great place to visit
Beautiful estate with outstanding wines. Owned by Gérard and Chantal Perse, Château Pavie belongs to the most famous estates in Bordeaux. The year 2012 was a huge step for Pavie, as the estate was graduated to the very little circle of Premier Grand Cru Classé A in St-Emillion. Make an appointment for a visit; it's definitely worth visiting this beautiful Château.

Incredible reception & greeting. super worth a visit. 1998년 보르도의 샤또 몽부스케 Chateau Monbousquet를 소유한 제라르 페르스 Gerard Perse에 의해 3천1백만 달러에 인수. 현재까지 파비를 지휘하고 있는 제라르 페르스는 파비에서 참 다양한 일들을 했는데, 포도밭을 확장하는 한편, 1998년 많은 부분의 포도나무를 다시 심음. 참고로 현재 37헥타르의 포도밭에는 메를로 60%, 까베르네 프랑 25%, 까베르네 소비뇽 15% 비율로 포도나무가 심어져 있음. 같은 해 대대적으로 샤또를 리노베이션 해 2000년에 완전히 새롭게 태어났고, 2011년부터 2013년까지 와인메이킹 시설 또한 리노베이션 해서 더욱더 막강한 와이너리로 거듭났음. 이때 무려 천오백만 유로가 넘는 자금이 투자. 같은 해 대대적으로 샤또를 리노베이션 해 2000년에 완전히 새롭게 태어났고, 2011년부터 2013년까지 와인메이킹 시설 또한 리노베이션 해서 더욱더 막강한 와이너리로 거듭났어요. 이때 무려 천오백만 유로가 넘는 자금이 투자됨. 말 그대로 삐까뻔쩍한 와이너리. 훌륭한 리셉션.
