one of the best Samsung shops I have ever been, have plenty of different things to attract customers, things like picture room and Samsung Gear virtual reality with great seating. Staff is helpful and ready to help, will visit this place next time I have issue with my Samsung

Shame. Customer service? Customer disservice! They unplugged the machine that dispenses numbers so that they don't have to deal with incoming arrivals!!! I got there at 5pm, it was supposed to be open until 8pm (I asked the security) and they didn't even want to hear what was my problem (in warranty repair) and told me to come back tomorrow. What kind of customer experience is that? Samsung wants us to pay for special care plan? This is just shameful
What an awesome experience!! We have never encountered a store like this before!! Interactive in the best way!! Kids got s little card to fill out after each activity and at the end got little goodies :) staff were so impeccable and are an example of what excellent customer service should be. Kids were occupied for ages! :)
The service that Samsung has given me at Champs- Elysées Paris was so unsatisfying and annoying... had twice bad experiences.. after 15 years of being a loyal customer of Samsung Phone, I finally switched to IPhone.. let’s hope iPhone will never let me down like Samsung did ...!
They did not help me fix my problem because the store was going to close in a few days
Samsung Champs Élysées is a big store. Nice showroom. Crew is very accommodating.
Good retail experience. They have some cool gaming chairs and VR headset to try out. Easy to doind an hour LOOKING.
This brand is a joke, the store is ridiculous i won't purchase their bad stuff anymore... I did the mistake to purchase a gear s3 when i was leaving in Dubaï, once back in France couple of months after the warranty expired my watch was out of order. I went to Samsung store to fix it, but because it was an import they could not repair it. So a 300 watch just good to go in the garbage. A total she for a supposedly international brand.... They lost a loyal customer forever....
