Great tour and tasting experience Went in January 2020 when the region is dead quiet. The two of us were the only guests visiting the chateau. Our guide Florence gave us an exceptional tour and surprised me with her knowledge of wine. Having recently been on a private tour to vineyards in Sonoma California, it was nice to get a free experience in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Because we were there in the winter, we sampled unfiltered wine straight from the vats in addition to the bottled vintages. What a treat! Thank you Florence for making our jaunt into Châteauneuf-du-Pape so memorable while many other places were closed for the season.
Nice winery at the crest of a hill. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and helpful. They ship wine ex-FR. Very nice wine at reasonable price. Unique bottle design. Gave directions to drive through the vineyards on the hill and explained what we were seeing.
Beautiful chateau and a lovely 20-minute wine tasting, no reservation required - thank you to Florence for her time!
