Lovely hotel in a cosy town. Club med avoriaz has small rooms to make you go to the larger lobby. The food is fantastic and the view is not from this world. In Avoriaz, no cars are allowed so it's very relaxing to go outside. The only thing that might disturb you is the horses with bells on their necks. The ski resort is good for beginners and experts alike. Club med avoriaz is an experience I will never forget. Definitely, I will go again next year.

Visited the first week of the reopened and refurbished hotel just before Christmas during the ski season. Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but with stunning views, with the ability to open window when it gets too hot and stuffy. Ski room (with heated boot racks and lockable ski racks and a ski set rental shop inside the hotel) perfect for skiing straight out of hotel downtown but also to the plateau - return in the evening by a road above the hotel reached from Tour, Brochaux or Prolays - very convenient. Often a small cake and drink offered on return from skiing. Food is self service style and the range was varied and all of it tasty with free drinkable table wine. Lots of entertainment (in French) and a kids club, quick lifts and good cleanliness. WiFi is extra but 20euro for 5 devices on a premium plan is very reasonable. Above all the staff were wonderfully friendly - made a huge difference to other hotels I've stayed in.

Cheerful hotel for groups on a budget. The staff are super friendly, the food in the canteen-style restaurant is rather good, and the location is genuinely ski in / ski out.

Good value for money, excellent staff and an amazing location. We have just returned from a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. The reception staff were fantastic, especially Emile and Hannah and the staff in the bar and restaurant were really lovely too. The rooms were comfortable and sparkling clean. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great holiday.

Good facilities, good amenities and nice food. Too many children but that's not the fault of the hotel

We enjoyed our stay in the belambra. Via a piste on the back of the building you can access the ski lockers and the same route downwards you can ski to the lift. When you walk to the rightside from the frontdoor you can access the public stairways so you can walk to the centre of the village The rooms are reasonable for a large ski area. Its newly renovated therefore it looks good. The breakfast and dinner are also reasonable. A variety of main courses and salads make up the buffet. Minder weergeven

Great family holiday, Club Med really provided everything we needed. First time skiing with the kids and the kids club, excellent, the ski lessons were excellent, all day everyday. I boarded and the instructors took me through powder and were excellent. Ski hire team were excellent. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room, so we bought one on the second day-sorted.

Super value for money. Ski lessons first class all day every day, kids club superb. Food excellent. Location perfect. The only downside (typical Brit speaking here) no tea making facilities in room and pillows too flat!
