A professional and kind service for Nikon in Paris. I was in Paris for a short one-week vacation. My Nikon D610 (5 years old camera) simply broke on the 4th day: the mirror mechanism stopped working, which compromised the shutter and made a sensor scratch. With only 2 days left in Paris, PROCIREP was able to give me a full diagnostic and a rush repair, done in 2 days, just in time for my departure. I received my camera functioning perfectly. The staff attention was very helpful and friendly and the price was more than fair. Thank you PROCIREP for saving my camera!

I went on a Friday, in one week they had everything necessary for the repair. They asked if I needed a rush job. Seeing as the repair was supposed to be a birthday gift for that Tuesday they had it done by then. They were even kind enough to let me pick it up after closing hours due to my own scheduling issues. Efficient and caring. It was definitely nice to have person to person contact for a change. I don't know how much camera repair should cost but the price was fine for me at 100 euro.
They are really nice and friendly staff and explain to me the problem of my camera even they don’t understand English very well.

Ils travaillent très vite et très bien, même pour des travaux compliqués et pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Ils sont en plus très agréables. Une adresse que je recommande donc chaudement.

Excellents techniciens, équipe adorable et très bon rapport qualité prix. Je n’ai pas payé la deuxième intervention sur mon boîtier Nikon, c’est un geste commercial très appréciable. Je connais La Procirep depuis des années, j’y ai fait réparer mes différents boîtiers argentiques, numériques, ma cellule, les réparations sont pointues et excellentes. C’est un atelier que je vous recommande vivement !!
Je suis venu pour un problème sur deux compacts argentique. Problème réglé gratos avec quelqu'un qui a bien pris le temps d'expliquer la cause du soucis. Bref, rapide, aimable et pro'.
