We had an amazing time in Bordeaux, not least thanks to the wonderfully friendly staff at this charming hostel. They are very knowledgeable and it is obvious that they enjoy their work. We were fortunate enough to stay in a small 2-bed room. The breakfast that is served until 1030 is really fantastic by French standards. Keep up the wonderful work ;-)

Great hostel for students and young adults traveling together in groups! Stayed here while on a summer study abroad program. The program created the reservation and room placements for us. If I were to make a reservation, I would make sure to book the entire room with friends so I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there. The bottom bunks were great. I felt I had a very nice amount of space. Breakfast was good enough, but nothing special. The entire space feels very modern and contemporary, which I appreciated. I did not hear any noise from other nearby rooms even though I knew people were awake. I appreciated the comfort, privacy, and quiet. Would definitely stay again!
Well, it's cheap. Facilities are still (was the same four years ago) in very bad shape. Typical french breakfast. They do have a good common area as well as an open kitchen.
It was mica and clean hostel. Bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was included. Breakfast consisted of a piece of baguette, jam, cereals, coffee and jus. Unfortunately, the price does not include a towel and bathroom supplies. In the bathroom there is only liquid soap. We were lucky and we got two beds immediately without booking. But the other night one guy came to the hostel and it was full so be carefully and book a bed in advance.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast, but: Problems with the key system, we were locked out of our rooms because our keys were deactivated, and no one was at the reception. Woke up with the fire alarm ringing, it rang twice in three days
Nice and friendly hostel, great for young people who are travelling on a budget!
It was ok, although I couldn't really sleep as the temperature in the room was crazy hot, it provided me with a roof for the night. A fan would be a nice thing to put in the rooms. At least a fan, an AC unit would be better. I don't think it's a budget hostel as the price for a dorm room is around 25 euros. Bottom line, you get a roof and bed for the night and a piece of bread in de morning.
